Sex is fun and has health benefits. Even so, not many people who associate sex with a serious illness such as cancer or heart disease. In fact, recent health experts claim that sexual intercourse and dancing is a potent drug for many health problems.
Some medical experts from developed countries gathered at the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges to observe health benefits for health. Researchers suggest that exercise for 30 minutes, including sexual intercourse, healthy walking, and dancing turned out to have a tremendous impact for health.
Exercising 30 minutes which includes sex, healthy walking, and dancing for five times a week is known to lower the risk of many serious diseases such as cancer, dementia, heart disease, and diabetes. One of the cancers that can be prevented with exercise is colon cancer.
It is known that by doing so regularly can reduce the risk of heart disease by 40 percent. The risk of stroke and dementia are also reduced by 30 percent. While the risk of breast cancer can be reduced by up to 25 percent, and the risk of colon cancer dropped by 50 percent.
Imagine how many health benefits that can be obtained by doing fun things like dancing, a healthy way, and having sex with a partner. Obviously, having sex regularly five times a week to maintain health, especially for those who are married.
